Weight Loss Injection Order Form
- Delivery is £15; this is 48-hour tracked delivery, with temperature-controlled packaging. We normally post on Wednesdays, payment for medication needs to be made by 3 pm the previous day.
- If we do not currently have your prescription, we require you to post your prescription to us. We need an original signed prescription from your doctor – we do not accept electronic or emailed prescriptions. Please post when we have replied to confirm that the uploaded prescription is valid
- If it is a repeat prescription, we can hold it on file for the next time to save posting again. Please order your repeat medication 7 days before it is required.
- Please only post the prescription to Belcoo Pharmacy once we have replied to confirm we can supply the medication. Once we receive the prescription, we will contact you for payment and post the medication.
