Delivery is FREE on orders £40 and above.
Our standard delivery is charged at £3.99 for orders up to a value of £39.99

Items will be held for 14 days and if goods are not collected the items will not be refunded
We do not normally ship outside of the UK and Ireland. If you wish to place an order with Belcoo Pharmacy, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order and your location.
This has been brought about as a result of recent changes to a list of prohibited goods that are not suitable for international/overseas delivery.
Dispatch of Orders:
When you place an order with Belcoo Pharmacy, we aim to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible, normally the same day and no later than the next working day from when you placed it (applicable to orders placed by 1.00pm; orders placed after 1.00pm may not be dispatched within this timeframe).
Please note that we reserve the right to extend this dispatch period, and that for reasons of stock it will not always be possible for us to dispatch orders within this timeframe.
We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. Belcoo Pharmacy reserves the right to extend this delivery period up to a maximum of 10 normal working days, beginning on the date of contract. Should we fail to deliver your order within 10 normal working days you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please be aware that an attempted delivery by our courier constitutes delivery within this stated timeframe.
Orders placed on a Next Working Day delivery basis are delivered either by Royal Mail (using Special Delivery – with delivery guaranteed before 1pm to most UK postcodes).
Delivery on a next working day basis is applicable only to orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday. Public/Bank Holidays may affect delivery speeds.
In the event that you are not available to sign for your order, our courier may: (1) attempt to leave your order with a neighbour and obtain a signature from them for this, (2) take it to a local Post Office for you to collect, or (3) make a second attempt at delivering your order to you. A card will be left following an attempted delivery, informing you where your order is being held for collection.
We want you to be fully satisfied with the service you receive from Belcoo Pharmacy – beginning the moment you visit our website. This Delivery & Returns Information and our Terms & Conditions have been designed with this in mind – to ensure your total satisfaction, and to protect your rights as a customer.
You may cancel your contract and Belcoo Pharmacy will provide a full refund on any item for any reason (except as outlined below), up to a maximum of 14 days from the customer’s receipt of goods.
Return of Goods must take place according to our Return of Goods procedure (see below). Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will usually be made within 7 days, up to a maximum period of 14 days after returning the goods.
You cannot cancel your contract and return any goods purchased under the contract if the goods you have ordered are perishable (medicines/herbal remedies/vitamins/supplements are perishable), or where the goods are affected by matters of hygiene. For avoidance of doubt we advise that perfume/fragrance, balm, lotion and all other body products, for Health & Safety reasons, cannot be returned once the product packaging has been opened. This also applies to any electrical product which may be affected for reasons of hygiene. There is no return on earrings. Our Returns Policy is not affected by your Statutory Right to cancel.
Should you wish to cancel the contract and return the goods within 14 days from the date you receive said goods, then please note that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
- Faulty items & Warranty
Belcoo Pharmacy will replace any faulty item with the same product/model within the first 30 days. This includes all costs associated with delivery and return of the faulty product. Goods should be returned as per our Return of Goods Procedure (below). Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will usually be made within 7 days, up to a maximum period of 14 days.
All electrical products we supply to the customer are covered under the manufactures warranty, unless otherwise stated.
- Damaged in delivery
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at email@example.com. In this instance replacement will be issued as soon as possible following Belcoo Pharmacy’s receipt of the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (to include all costs of delivery and return) will be given to the customer. The damaged item should be returned as per our Return of Goods Procedure (below).
In the unlikely event that a product has been delivered incorrectly or is different in any way to the order placed by the customer, we ask that you notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days, in order for Belcoo Pharmacy to issue a replacement as soon as possible. Should you wish to keep the item you have received incorrectly, we would still ask that you notify Belcoo Pharmacy in order for us to refund/charge you accordingly, and to adjust our stock levels.
Return of Goods Procedure
Goods can only be returned to Belcoo Pharmacy according to the following procedure:
- You must notify Belcoo Pharmacy of your intent to return cancelled goods before you do so, by sending a notice of cancellation. Please email email@example.com, and quote your order number in all correspondence. Goods should not be returned until Belcoo Pharmacy authorise you to do so.
- After receiving a reply, you must then post the goods to:

Please note that responsibility for returning goods to Belcoo Pharmacy rests with the customer. For this reason we recommend using a guaranteed postal service, and if necessary an appropriate level of insurance/compensation for damage or loss should be obtained. If your reason for returning an item is due to any fault on our part please return via Royal Mail Guaranteed Postage, we will refund you the cost of postage.
Parcels should be carefully packaged, so as not to cause breakage in transit, should have the address clearly printed, and should contain a copy of your delivery documentation (you will have received this with the original delivery).
Goods returned outside of this Return of Goods Procedure will not be accepted.
